A special atmosphere envelops this place, so much so that on a clear day it is possible to see the sea of Senigallia. As soon as we leave the provincial road, we are surrounded by the lush vegetation that accompanies us for the entire route, typical local trees such as the holm oak, oak and strawberry tree. There are few houses that we encounter, but they are characteristic of the Marche countryside.
The gravel road ends its journey here, at this farmhouse. The original structure had practically collapsed, but the stones are all there, ready to be reused.
At present, a new reinforced concrete construction has been built, on foundation piles, of 226 commercial square metres with a project presented and approved by the municipality of Cupramontana. Anti-seismic structure, with upstream retaining walls, reinforced concrete intermediate floor, wooden roof slab and covered garage with green roof. The house is sold as shown in the photo, all the completion and finishing work will have to be carried out, so that the purchaser has the possibility of customising it according to his own taste and needs.
Included in the sale is a plot of land of ha 1.3 partly planted with walnut trees, to which must be added the courtyard of about sq m 1200, where it is possible to build a swimming pool.
The town of Cupramontana needs no introduction, known above all for its Verdicchio wine, one of the most famous and renowned Italian whites of the Marche region.
